My results for this week ended horribly because my failure to log on to buddy slim each day resulted in me not taking accountability for what I consumed. I know that I desperately need to wake up and take control and only I can do this. This week I am going to focus on recipes from the hungry girl book because that seemed to be working for me. I do have my husbands support on healthy eating, but as a stay at home mom I tend to eat more and be less physical.
My project this week is to find more active things to do around the house and focus on healthy eating.

1. Pilates video in the am b4 baby wakes up
2. exercises with baby
3. wii fit
